XUDE Beauty was founded by Dr. Judean Morgan, a board certified family physician. For Dr. Morgan, skincare was never just about appearances. Her years of clinical experience caring for patients showed her how the skin —the body's largest organ — is a visible reflection of internal balance and imbalance. XUDE was created from this understanding.
The vision for XUDE began in 2016, after the birth of her child, when Dr. Morgan faced her own struggles with dryness, hormonal acne, and hyper -pigmentation. After noticing her mothers glowing skin, post- facial, she asked "What's your secret? ". Her mothers encouragement to try one herself planted the seed for what would later become XUDE.
What started as a personal effort to care for her own skin revealed something deeper: that health and wellness are not the same, but are deeply connected through consistent habits and intentional care. These rituals influence not only well being but tangible aspects of health too. This realization grew into a philosophy of empowerment, transformation and personal return— the foundation of what we call The XUDE State.

Dr. Judean Morgan is a board certified family physician with over a a decade of experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She has served as her patients trusted physician, Vice President/ Chief Medical Officer and a Clinical Assistant Professor, bringing a wealth of leadership and clinical expertise to every patient interaction. Her commitment to lifelong learning continues through advanced training in aesthetics, anti-aging medicine and obesity medicine including education through Harvard Medical School's Balckburn Course in Obesity Medicine. Her unique perspective allows her to approach wellness through a whole system lens— understanding how internal health shapes external vitality and beauty.
